Not really honey. As a matter of fact, I value none though. Justice is just a word where actions must be based on evidence, and as for mercy, it will do more harm than good to criminals looking to go against justice.
This may be the cause of "unlawful" organizations in which they take matters into their own hands though.

I don't value either.
Justice is a capricious witch whose scales tip with the wind.
Mercy is what you show someone you have already hurt.
I would prefer that people helped one another and shared those gifts life has to give them. In this manner you have no need for justice or mercy, only care, trust and understanding.

Yes.
Sometimes mercy can be detrimental to others involved.
Some things can only get closure through justice.
