How do u p*mp out your profile, like with the colors you want, and a picture as your layout background, and templates for the title? can anyone help me out ?

You go into the template and "edit html"...You can change the html and css of the template that's already there, and if you REALLY want to play with Google's widget language, Google offers full documentation of it beginning at: http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=46995
