Keep moving people of other races into their communities so that they can view other lifestyles firsthand and have a choice to (or not) listen to negative stereotypes about things. In addition it will open their minds to other types of music, religion and life in general.
I only say this because it seems to me that the Black communities talk so much, yet they only talk. When it comes to action, it seems they come up short most of the time.
Having positive, male role models would help as well along with music that doesn't focus on negativity all the time.

Refuse to be racist in any form, for example don't pass your racism to your kids, don't suspect everything as racist.
Work to better education in all areas for all races.
