Some philosophers are able to lead men ('little men') to a bad education; if those philosophers belong to the western culture or are influenced by the last one.
You should read those books below about the educational decadence (violence in the schools…) see the term BIO-POWER (Foucault, Michel).

Are you asking about another person? How to make them your... slave, I would call it? TV is making many people conduct themselves in various ways... Maybe your answer is TV.
