Every time I would get stressed I'd go down the the river and listen to the little waves come in. It always made me relax. That and sitting on my porch watching the rain.

Shut up! You sound just like me, I listen to Indian music all day long but remember I was an Indian in a previous life! I also like the sound of the rain and of the river flowing!

I get very relaxed when I sit by the ocean as the sea breeze flows around me. I'm even tempted to fall asleep at those times, but fear of getting robbed or murdered keep that from happening LOL.

I like the ocean sound too and rain and thunder, crickets chirping, and this is weird but wolves, howling! I have CD's of all these that I put on at night to go to sleep, except the crickets, they are real, right outside my window!
