so basicaly last year we liked each other but he couldnt date yet. so now i want to know so after his 16th bday i can know if i should or shouldn't ask him out... yikes this is confusing sorry

I say go for it! And the way to ask him just start asking him like the type of girls he wouldn't mind dating since he is finally able to date and if it sounds like he's somewhat talking about you just say "someone like me" and if he says yes there ya go! Hope that helps, if not I'm sorry!

if he's your best friend, he must like you. just ask him if he wants to go out somewhere. if you can't tell, don't ask.
