The kids health care bill is an expansion to people who can afford health insurance for their kids. This is not the original intention of the program. The veto makes sense.

Why should I pay $15 tax on one cigar to pay for health insurance for a 2 kids in a family of four who is making 80k year? They should buy their own health insurance.

Usually using a word like 'all' would imply more than one. I guess you are referring to SCHIP? My friend, read the bill, and read in detail the events leading up to its veto and make up your own mind. I think you are simply parroting what some source told you to.
