How did that happen? Maybe you should jab in your car or something... haha, nvm... Well, you can try to do something from you engine compartment, i guess that would undo the locks.

I used to do this all the time and it usually cost me around $40 for a locksmith. In the future, you could try making a second key and keeping it in a safe place where you can get it if you lock your keys in your car again.

don't chnage the locks why would u pay 300 dollars or maybe more , when it just cost 5-10 dollars ,
write down ur the vin number on a paper, it's on the driver side windshield dashboard , so u have to see it from the outside, then go to the dealer (real dealer) ford -chevrolet dealer depend on what type of car give them the vin number and they'll make u a key , make like copy and make sure it's made by 2 diffrent person just in case u won't drive twice to the dealer ..vote me number 1 and with the comment

Walk into the closest business establishment. Ask to see the telephone book. Find the closest auto body/mechnic shop. Walk there. Tell them you're retarded and locked your keys in the car and ask if they can help you out with a slim jim. If they're nice, somebody will walk on over and pop your lock. If you've got any money, give him a tip.

Drive to a store that sells motorcycle accessories. Buy a wallet chain. Attach one side of the chain to your keychain. Attach the other to your wallet. You will never lock your keys in the car again.

Google Does Exist.

Copy the VIN number down and take it to your local dealer. They will cut a new key for you while you wait at a cost of about $15.00. Or, you can call a locksmith and pay about $60-70.00.

It's going to cost you no matter what, so do you know what I would do? I would call Triple A and sign up and call them a day later and say, HELP, I locked my keys in my car and they will come open it for no charge. That way you can pay them for a membership and have AAA for a year in case it happens again or in case you need to be towed, flat tire, or what ever. Or else you could find someone with AAA and ask them if you can use it. AAA will cover any vehicle your in even if it's not yours.

Is your car a convertible? If it is and the top is down you won't need a locksmith, just reach in and take the keys out of the ignition.

Break the smallest possible window and unlock the car. It's cheaper than a locksmith!
