They probably didn't want to hire you cause you write like you're retarded. What the hell is, "people doss on the doll"? I wouldn't hire you either as I would be too afraid you be dossing some doll during the work day.

Depends on the job. If it required a lot of driving a DR10 on your driving licence means they have to pay a lot more for your insurance cover, so this may be why they rejected you. They might also have thought you were more at risk of driving dangerously if you've been caught out once already.

For those who don't know, a DR10 is the UK driving licence endorsement code for someone who's been convicted of drunk driving.

if conviction was made in last 10years then insurance would be very high and this would be held against you,but after 10years you can apply to DVLA for a new licence without details of the dr10 but I think it costs you and your insurance Will start to get cheaper providing there are no further convictions
ps; get rid of the red nose ,its a sign of a heavy drinker lol

why did they need to see your licence? Apply for a job where you dont have to show it !! If it was a driving job, then you cant blame them really - Insurance premiums would be sky high..

Could be a reason given but the real reason could be your command of the English language.

They can put what conditions they wish on your employment - clearly they didn't want a convicted drunk driver, it's as simple as that.

I take it the use of English wasn't a prerequisite too?

did the job entail driving?

I'd take it to citizens advice - they can't discriminate
