I really cannot believe that this man is our President!?

What is wrong with people?

President Bush has publicly made statements at home and abroad that God told him to invade Iraq. I can't believe that in the 21st Century this ridiculousness is condoned or even wanted!

We condemn the Muslims because they think their Allah wants this and yet in the same breath accept that because Bush says his God told him he wants this?????????

Unbelievable!

People of faith, ALL people of faith, talk to their deity in some way either through prayer or meditation. And, ALL people of faith, feel that their deity communicates with them. Not in a 'voice', but in thought, what might be called conscience. People of faith feel that their God guides their thoughts and inspires their thoughts. That's a part of ALL faiths. A relationship with 'your god'.

But that's what folks of faith mean when they say they 'talk to God'. What other words would you use? Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Now, the fact that you can't understand or accept this is immaterial. You don't have faith, you don't acknowledge a higher being, fine. But why do you feel the need to ridicule those who do? Is it the atheistic belief that those of faith are somehow ignorant or of an intellect not as stellar as yours? The fact is, you know no more than they do. Atheism is just as much a faith as any religion as God can't be proven or disproven.

But why so much hate? This too seems to be one of the 'values' of the atheist religion.

Of course not. This is disgusting claptrap promoted and inflated by Bush haters, primarily in the MSM, but also in the Democrat Party itself. That some people fall for it shows how delusional THEY are, and how willing - and even EAGER - they are to believe anything that besmirches a good man who is trying to do the best for his country.

Those who believe: Bush lied us into Iraq to promote US world domination; that he allowed 9/11 to happen so he could have an excuse to invade Iraq; that HE STOLE THE ELECTIONS IN 2000 AND 2004!; and all the rest of the stupid litany of insane accusations against Bush, should seek psychological help.

I'm among multiple millions of Americans - VOTERS - who are sick to death of this nonsense, and repulsed by any thoughtless, easily led doofus who believes it!

To those who believe that Bush literally said he talks to God and that God tells him what to do, all I can is you've sucked up the canal water running out of the New York Times and their acolytes across the country, and are suffering ever-worsening brain damage. The hatred in this country is on the Left. To them, any lie, any act of hatred against anyone with whom they disagree, is not only good, it's obligatory.

When the presidential candidacies boil down to one-on-one, Mrs. Clinton and the rest of her party will have to deal with this, because the base ideas and the force behind them comes from the Clinton camp.

This is the Clintonization of America, which began on January 21st, 1993.

No, he thinks HE is God, remember, he is "The Decider". If there was a God I don't think he would like George Bush very much.
