So you're asking if sexual orientation can be changed. To some degree, yes. There are some behavioral "treatments" (more like aversion therapies) that can be used to "change" your sexual orientation. However, these seem to have fairly low success rates; the fact of the matter is that you are the way you are, you have attractions the way you do (from both a biological basis as well as environmental), and you become more sexually aroused by certain things. Almost no religious throttling, psychological talk, psychiatric/medical mind altering chemicals are truly going to change that. It is possible that a straight person may one day realize/decide "hey I swing BOTH ways!" and some gay people may come to realize that their homosexuality was merely a fettish. But that is not the case for most people. And this is the case even for pedophylic tendencies (the success rates of ALL treatments for that is low with the only exception of chemical castration, which is just a last ditch effort by the legal system).
If someone is uncomfortable with their sexual orientation, they either can decide to change it on their own accord, or can just learn to accept who they are and what they like, and eventually, you find a plethora of friends who are more than willing to accept you for exactly who you are without trying to "convert" you to something more socially acceptable.

Depends on what you mean by "sexuality".
I f you mean your own sexual behavior, preferences & practices & frequencies, then of course...When you learn more, you will change & when you get older, you will change & with most new partners you will change...
If you mean sexual orientation... even there for a lot of people change is possible. Some people have gay and straight phases, even when they describe themselves as bi-sexual. Most people have a clear preference: either homosexual or heterosexual. That cannot be changed, & why should it be changed...?
If you are unsure about your own sexual orientation, I have one piece of advice:
try it out, find out which option you prefer, live your life accordingly & still: stay open for change...

Sure!
You must not be watching television. At least 5 times an hour, I get told that using the sponsor's product, I can be *much* more sexy.

Why would you change your sexuality??? Even if we could.... why? Its who we are (or part of who we are).
I could probably be hypnotised to not be so very very clumsy...... but its part of who I am.
BUT if people are sayng you absolutely no way can't change your sexual preferences......... does that include adults who are sexually aroused by children???? Can they not control that AT ALL (obviously thinking and acting it out are very different things but both are rather disturbing!)

All the evidence suggests not, and personally I think the idea that I could stop fancying girls and start fancying men instead is just a complete nonsense. It's never going to happen.
