erm move it back?

Are you saying that the entire monitor has moved? Or just the image on the screen is rotated?

If the image on the screen is rotated, then press:

Ctrl + Alt +

Right on an empty part of the screen (not an icon) click on Graphics properties / orientation and just revolve the screen.

Well most computers are movable so if you put one hand either side and twist in whichever direction you need that should put it back :-))
