If you take pre-natal vitamins have you seen a change in your period (meaning length, flow, etc). Could the two be related? Thanks!

I would doubt that two are really related. Were you taking vitamins before? The only real difference between a normal vitamin and a pre-natal one is some extra iron and extra folic acid (important to reduce chances of neural tube defects that form in very early pregnancy)!
