Well you could try just like talking to them less and finding new people to be with
You do not want to be mean so just say Hi and be friendly but dont talk to them as much and make it clear you want to be with other people but by your actions not using words

Ending friendships are always hard. There are some people in that are only mean't to be in our lives for a season.
However... I would never "burn your bridges" with old friends. You never know what might happen and you may become friends again. What I would do is just tell your friends that you are in a different place in your life right now and that you need to move on. You don't have to be rude or crude. Ignoring them if they try to talk to you is not a good idea. They will get the hint after a while. Just be honest and let them know how you feel.

The best way to end a friendship is with honesty, ignoring them, or treating them badly is never good. If you truly feel that you do not now or ever want to be friends again with these people, it is okay to tell them that. Believe me as someone who just recently broke off a friendship of 11yrs sometimes being honest and up front is better in the long run, less guilt and wondering if you did the right thing.

Good Luck

babes dont end your friendship with these people! you might need them oneday if you want a little break just dont go out with them for a while, and you will just grow apart! be very careful about thinking you are so great that you dont need these extra friends, I did this to my bestest friend when I was 14 and have regretted it ever since as Ive never found such a good friend like she was even tho she did moan a lot.....

You can be personable, and do not have to be rude. Just decline if they ask you to get together. If it comes to having to talk with them, just let them know that you've moved on from the friendship for your own, personal reasons.

Hello!
We have many acquaintances in life but.
True friends if you live to be 80 years of age and can count on one hand you have done well.
Impersonal love if they have a need and you can help them ,then help them but you do not have to linger.
Take care!

Hey, you guys need to talk and work through it. No one deserves to be befriended unless they steel from you or do bad things. just give them a chance and talk. you never know. they may end up being people who save your life one day. Life is nothing without friends.

Just be honest with them about your feelings. Wouldn't you want them to tell you the truth?

Tell them you don't fall in with their crowd anymore. They must be doing something that you don't approve of or you wouldn't want to break it off. Tell them you don't have time to hang with them anymore.
