You might want to throw A-Rod in the mix because he has to make a decision to opt out of his contract within ten days after the the ending of the world series. I believe the world series will dominate the sports headlines followed by Torre and A-Rod

Its sad really. The Yankees have been elininated from the playoffs and they get more air time on ESPN then the Rockies. Pry the only reason ESPN acknowledges baseball yet is because the Sox are still in it. If and when they get eliminated...all you will hear about is Torre, A-Rod, etc. Shame Shame.

It's a true sadness and simple mindedness if it's Torre.

The season progresses toward the world series, not what a single non-player is doing.

Steinbrenner is just pissed that he isn't in the series, so he wants to steal the spotlight. What a small small man.

Both!!-the speculation of what will happen to the Yanks in the off season will be at a fever pitch--the Series will still be very exciting media stuff!
