Mostly only when they're delivering something larger, like a piano or an appliance or something. My dad was asleep when they came to deliver the piano, they set the massive thing down in the living room, right below my dad's room, and it didn't wake my dad up. Of course I had to give them a good tip, since they did a good job.

Yes, but in the case I used a credit card or debit..that would mean, hey...I don't have any bills small enough knocking around in here!
