"Have a cup of tea" --as the caption-- is a good one from the Zen tradition. People are head tripping constantly. what they need to do to stop all the drama and confusion is take a BIG break from their ego and self absorption. That's what the phrase "means".

Just a picture of a pretty flower, no caption. When asked yet another question, the Buddha used this method of silence plus a "mind stopper" ( he just held up a flower, as the answer) and such brought "instant enlightenment" to one of his followers. A classic story.

As a caption, a huge (# )1 indicating the unity of everything. Or a photo/picture of a hand holding up the index finger indicating one.

Have fun !!
