we sort of play the game of "flirting" with each other. But too scared to seriously to move that flirting to the next level. We both have bfs and our parents are against it, we are neighbors too and it would make a big big big gossip. Our families might freak out.. but i want to kiss her!!!!!

I think you should do it, I have never been against a girl on girl kiss. Do you think she likes you that way? I agree about being drunk you can say I was drunk, but if she is a good friend, and she is straight you might want to think about what it could do to your friendship.

Forget about the drinking. Forget about scams, or tricks, or lying. Just ask "Do you like me?" and lean in close, go slow, and try to kiss her. If she moves away, or moves in close too, you'll know.
Honesty is always best.
Make sure you tell her that you think she's cool EITHER way. Don't assume that "straight" also means "narrow."

I also want to score a kiss from a girl too and I think that if she flirts with you, she may like you, go for it. Life is tooo short to NOT express how we feel about someone because that someone may feel the same way.

Why don't you just be honest with her about how you feel. If you kiss her while your drunk then use that as an alibi,she wont really know how you feel, she will just think that it was the boos that made you do it.You never know, she might feel the same about you.

Try to go to a club, (and yes, you can get drunk...plus incurage her too) and see if some guys are checking you out, then surgest to her....to play along and tease them...so you sugest...to kiss...
if she is playful as you say... she will go for it!
