you can get cosmetic products that lighten your skin tone... i wouldn't personally recommend any, better to be yourself...

I've never heard of any kid wanting to become "fair." I've heard handsome, but fair? I'm sure you could use make-up, but other than that nothing else really. Maybe facial cremes. Yeah, facial cremes.
