√3 / (√6 - 1) - √3 / √6 + 1
= [√3 (√6 + 1) - √3 (√6 - 1)] / (√6 - 1)(√6 + 1)
= [√18 + √3 - √18 + √3] / (6 - 1)
= [2√3] / 5

[√3 / (√6 - 1) ] - [√3 / (√6 + 1) ]
√3 (√6 + 1) - √3 (√6 - 1) / [√(6 + 1)(√6 - 1) ]
2√3 / 5

Assuming your second radical is the numerator of sqrt 6 + 1, then
Using (sqrt 6 - 1)(sqrt 6 + 1) as your LCD
[sqrt 3 times (sqrt 6 + 1) - sq rt 3 times (sqrt 6 - 1)]/[(sqrt 6 - 1)(sqrt 6 + 1)] =
sqrt 18 + sqrt 3 - sqrt 18 + sqrt 3 all divided by (6 - 1)...since sqrt6 times sqrt 6 = 6
since sqrt 18 - sqrt 18 = 0
and sqrt 3 + sqrt 3 = 2 times sqrt 3
you are left with (2 times sqrt 3)/5
