I thought it would be good if you could just ask a question and then people could answer it.
Maybe you could have points for answering the questions as a sort of incentive.
Does anything like this exist? I'm sure people would like this idea?

It wouldn't work.
You'd have all kinds of tw*ts posting up answers they're not qualified to give after running a quick google or wiki search on the question. The answers would be worthless, or worse still the pointless opinion of losers who should be doing something better with their time.
I hope such a thing is never created, or I'll never get any work done.

What a daft idea. Who would have the time to sit there, trawling through questions, in the hope that there may be something interesting enough to answer.
People who have that much time on their hands need to get a life!

I would like a web site where you could ask any question, answer any question, and only you could delete that question or answer.

that would never work all you would get is a load of addicts answering and asking a load of dumb things ....oh but on the other hand that might work ...you might get a mix of people who teach you loads of things you never knew ...if you find one let me know ...lol :)
