Okay so I`ve seen plenty of villains and bad guys sitting alone in darkened rooms with only a bunch of candles around them as light. If you were to sit in a room like that with a dozen candles as your only light source for a few months, what kinda side affects would occur (to your eyes, any of your senses, maybe your personality)?

After passing a few months living in candle light,my eyes will develop ability to see in less lighted condition,but will loose ability to withstand harshness caused by any light which is more than candle light.When exposed to more lighted conditions, in all probability, I will be afraid and act as a timid fellow

Well, your eyes would adjust to darkness, but fter a day or so, they would re-adjust to light.
As for personality, humans are social creatures, so that kind on isolation might make a human go a little crazy and develop multiple personalities.
