A thong is not a string up the butt. That would be a g-string...huge difference.
Thongs are very comfortable and once you get used to wearing them, you don't even notice it. As for being "nasty and smells bad", if you clean yourself you don't have that problem.

I think they are comfy! I'm sure most women who have worn them will agree... You're undies are going there any way, so why not just have it there with very little fabric, so that way it is comfy! As for the smell? Um, I work out in them and where them all day, never had a problem. I guess they would smell if a woman wearing them does have good hygiene practices.
Why be surprised? They are pretty comfortable, there is no VPL (visible pantie line) and they are quite se.xy at that. Is it a surprise when a woman wears that cute little outfit in the bedroom? I think they look a whole lot better than the granny panties! Just my opinion. My all time preference is the tanga pantie or boy shorts.

1. If it has a "string" is a g-string not a thong.
2. I find both very comfortable and my hubby finds them sexy.
3. If your butt is clean then it won't be nasty adn smelly.
4. You are weird.

It depends on a couple of things. If you get the right size, they aren't uncomfortable. If you clean yourself, they aren't dirty or nasty. And if you don't like them, there are several options to thongs, not the least of which is going commando.

Im a guy who actually doesnt like girls in thongs. I prefer what i guess you would call "cheeky panties". Panties that show some of the cheek, but not a complete thong type.

Once in a blue moon (lol) I'll wear them. And nope its not comforotable at all, for some strange reason my husband finds them sexy. Then again though he doesn't sniff my thong string when I take them off, I don't either for that matter, so the whole stink thing doesn't matter. I perfer the boyshort panties I think they make my butt look better.

I agree with "laceandc," and I prefer to wear a thong (not a g-string) so that I avoid having panty lines.

Well, for me....less fabric up my but since underwear tend to ride into my crack anyway. And no I don't have a big butt...I'm a size 4.
And they don't smell. Women in general tend to clean their hind ends a little better than men...so stinking in that area isn't a huge problem in most cases.
Really if your woman has a constant smell in that area she is unsanitary. We all get smelly from time to time, but I'd say on most days, unless I skip my shower or have the shits; I'm not really funky in that area.

okay it is not uncomfortable. It does not actually go up up your butt unless your wearing them to small. It does not smell bad when you take them off. Some people have GREAT hygiene and take care of their private areas. So no, no stinkiness. Now, maybe if your working out hard core it will. but normally it does not smell.
