ok, my daughter is 17 week old but by the calander she is 4 month today but by weeks shes 4 month and one week!! how do you count how old your child is? as in 4 weeks= month or say the 19th of every month!! its so confusing do we count in weeks or by calander?? thanx

hey chris you wierdo!!! i do think about the wonderful thing about my daughter everything else is perfect so iv got no other things to ask about and im not fretting!! i was just curios cos i dnt know how old to tell people she is!!! am i wrong or is this a question site? not a critasising one! just pull off your nasty pants and think of the question not anything else!!

count in weeks til she turns 1 then go by months , much easier

You have to remember not all months have the same number of days. So if you were just going by the same date for every month she's been her, then it would be four months. But if you count how many days there are in each month then you have how old she actually is. It's easier to go by weeks until they are a year old because of that.

u count from what day she was born on the 19th to the 19th is 1 month. not every month is 4wks long (28days) oct has 31 days

Up to a 6months i told people in weeks and then i couldn't be bothered, so went in months , calendar months

Why are you worrying about such a trivial problem. There are more exciting and wonderful things to think about when you have a young baby. Stay calm, enjoy her and stop fretting about nothing. Time will go quickly enough. Before you can blink she will be at school. Good luck I hope she develops into a nice young lady who will make her mother happy to say ''That's my girl''

OKAY SO UR DAUGHTER WAS BORN ON THE 19TH RITE???? SO THAT MEAN ON THE 19TH OF EVERY MONTH SHE WILL BE ANOTHER MONTH OLDER.
