Log Me In software,Does anybody know?

Whjyu is it that everytime I try to connect the Log me In software it starts to connect and then it says ready to use but then goes to disconnect after about 6-10seconds. Why is this? Does anybody know?Thank You.

This must be a machine error, unless you have incorrectly entered your authentication information.
