Its not a recognized process in process library which is an indication it may be a rogue program in your computer. You should remove it. You can stop it from loading by edit your software configuration. Here is how:
1. Open your Start menu.
2. Click Run
3. In the command screen type "msconfig.exe"
4. In the "system configuration utility",
click either "service" or "startup" tab
5. Uncheck the program that your want to stop .
6. Click "OK"
If you cannot find the program in this list, You may have remove it from your registry. The page below will show you how and give more deletion options.

Not sure what it is, but if you don't know how it got there, then you'd better get rid of it.
To delete, you'll have to go to task manager, and look for its process. Kill the process, then delete. If that doesn't work, start up PC in safe mode and delete. Pray it is not a virus! Better scan the file to be safe.

The file name looks too weird. It probably kind of virus. Try this anti virus software if you don't have one.
