RE:
Any suggestion on how to compose or start a company announcement of death of an employee?
This is my first time to make this type of announcement. So I'd welcome suggestions. This announcement will be sent out the entire company.

Its a very awful and disgusting thing to do, I'll agree. But I think it'd also be too harsh to isolate that person from the R & S Community completely. I mean, you guys gotta walk a fine between making him regret his pathetic actions, and not deserting him during such a critical period altogether. Is he a person with personality? If so, do you think there had been such a drastic turn of events, maybe relating to his e-friendships here, that made him think he should pull off something like this to get back to his friends' good books and attention? Would he do something like this just for the lulz or a little bit of attention? Or does it go deeper than that? I hope you guys make the best of decisions. I'm not that close to him, but I've known him for a long time and he's basically a very good person. I'm just very, very relieved that he's not dead. Last night was a terrible experience.
