Yes. My body keeps finding many ingenious ways to break down. I have a medical condition that results in frequent muscle cramps. I've learnt to ignore it most of the time!

GOOD Question,,,,actually I am ok but I have a mortan neroma on my foot that is starting to act up and I know it will get worse if I don't get to the foot Dr.s before I go away tomorrow...
I am just getting over a sinus infection,,,Its ok but still not healed totally,,,THEY HURT feels like absess teeth
Now my back is bothereing me from sitting here too long,,I better get going ,,

No, believe it or not, now that you ask, I'm not in any pain at all. I'd like to sleep, my eyes are hardly staying open, but not in any pain. That's not normal for me, because usually there is always something hurting, most often, my head.

Yes, started doing press ups, not done for 20 years. Muscles I didn't know I had, are very tender.

My stomach seems to be doing flips, and I have a dull ache between my eyes that I can tell is going to get much worse :(

put some deep heat on it or have nice long soak in the bath might help it.
hot water bottle as well some times help pains
