A couple of months ago. Just one day though. Felt terrrible going back in and Im sure people must have guessed as I didnt say a word all day

I never have and never will, that is so dishonest. I only phone in sick when I literally cannot walk or a doctor tells me I have to.
I have crawled into work in the past. In seven years, I've taken maybe eight days off sick.

reminds me I have some PDT, planned down time to take, mmm maybe next month.
I was last sick when I got my wisdom tooth out in July, but I was really in bits, so that doesn't count..!!!!!!!!
