lucid dreaming is the answer to nightmares. lucid dreaming is the flexibility to realized that you're in basic terms dreaming, and hence administration your targets. it sounds unusual, although that is a real ability that with somewhat prepare can replace your reaction to nightmares. first you should understand that you're easily dreaming, before you pass to mattress, and through the day, imagine about the very undeniable truth that the targets you've are YOUR targets. there are little tip offs in each and every dream that that isn't any longer genuine existence. i do not dream in wonderful brilliant hues - so as it really is continually my 2d clue, even though it become my first. then, if the dream turns scary, you may modify it by technique of changing the putting, the individuals or both. now when I start up to have a scary dream, i insert my husband. and my first clue is continually that that is scary. it really is at the same time as i comprehend i'm dreaming. my husband takes me away or protects me from regardless of is there. lucid dreaming takes a lengthy time period to carry close. yet your concepts will take heed to you in case you tell it what you extremely opt for.

I'm a very big dreamer-I always remember my dreams, and they're almost always good. I only ever get one nightmare, and that's about spiders-every shape, species, size (some as big as buses!) outside my house when I wake up. It's eerily quiet. The cars in the street usually make some noise, but not today. I go downstairs, but no-one is there. I turn round, thinking I heard a rustle, but nothing is there. I go outside and spiders are everywhere! Everyone I know turned into spiders. Then they weave webs round me in a huge cube, while I look round. Suddenly the BIGGEST spider you ever saw, as big as a house, dangles from the top of the cube and hisses.

Then I wake up. Strangely enough, I usually throw my covers off in the night and talk in my sleep, but not when I have the nightmare. Weird huh?

My nightmare happens while I'm awake. It recurs five days a week.

It involves going to work in a place that has a hidden agenda of destroying the morale and ethics of teachers, and miseducating students to keep our society's playing field unlevel.

I'm a teacher in the inner city of Louisville, KY. My students are White, Hispanic and African-American. What they have most in common is their families are poor. If the district has anything to do with their life outcomes, they'll stay that way. In the meantime, I do what I can.
Gotta go. Time to go get ready to live my nightmare again.

I used to have a reoccuring dream of being out somewhere i knew at night. i knew i was being followed by a vampire. the vampire used to attack really fast, so fast i couldn't see it and it would pull me by the collar into the air and leave me there, stranded, unable to get back down or move. Very out of control. I have however put this dream to bed recently, when it reoccured and i dreamt i was in a warehouse i had never visited. the vampire threw me into the air but another vampire, one i trusted from a series of novels i read, caught me and took me to safety in the rafters of the warehouse, i was finally safe! I've not had the dream again since and i feel a lot more in control in a lot of aspects of my life!

My worst nightmare is my son drowning in front of me!
I used to have it quite alot but not for a long tome now.
Quite mad really, seeing that he's a really good swimmer.

Luckily I have some brilliant (very strange and whacky) dreams that make up for that one

Worst nightmare was years ago. I dreamed that I was floating through space with no direction, and evil people were chasing me. It was so bad that I couldn't wake myself up. I was even telling myself, WAKE UP! IT'S JUST A DREAM!...but I couldn't. :-( Scary stuff.

When 9/11 hit, I was half asleep, half awake. I thought it was a nighmare, but it was true. That was even more scary!!!

After I gave birth to my first child, I have two now, I worked in a deli and I kept having these dreams that I brought her to work with me. That was the ok part, the bad part occured when I had to slice meat on the slicer and I was holding her on my hip and she leans forward and her head gets sliced in the meat slicer. I'd wake up from it many times. I figured it was first time mom jitters coming out in my dreams.
