The truth is hard to find nowadays that people have to fake everything. But nothing can make a day better than a sincere smile from someone dear. anyway, a fake smile or laugh is easy to notice...

i can live with the fake smile at work, what bothers me is how fake women suddenly get around guys. they behavior change, they laugh fake and act fake, i always wonder what just happened to the woman she was before a guy walked in the room.

I see it and i do it!! I dont think there is anything wrong with it - you have to get along with people in your work, even though they arent the tytpe of people you would hang with normally.
If i fake laugh, its so the other person feels comfortable and it would be rude to stare at them blankly if they made an effort to be nice or made a joke or something.
Theres nothing wrong with that i think!!

Yea that's true alot of people are natural fakers, you hardly ever see anything genuine in them at all. I'd hate to have to fake my way through life and act like I'm always something or somebody I'm not. I guess over time they don't even know who they really are inside.

Some jobs require that you at least act happy. It is hard for me to fake anything, because people can read my eyes, so I guess I look fake too!!

Yep, I sure do but I don;t know why they do it..Maybe it nervousness or something. I know of some that they will be telling something and it is not the slightest bit funny but they seem to be giggling the whole time they are saying it. I don't understand.. I want to holler...what the hell is so funny...but I can't. . . .

All the time. its not funny but they laugh anyways. and people who know me know that i straight up wit it. if its not funny im just goin to stare at u. like what the hell are u talkin about.

well maybe they do that because they dont want you to feel offended. if you made a joke that's not very funny, they laugh so you wont be humiliated. that's in my opinion.
