for real, I was on a bit of a car trip the other day and I had to sit in the back with this lady I had just met and she was obviously scared of me. she wouldn't even look at me!!!! I tried talking to her and every time I did she would inch away and look out the window with a face of stone.
I mean c'mon first off she wasn't even good looking and second off what are these people thinking...just because I'm a homosexual that I'll make it my life mission to convert them...I mean grow up...
it's like they think I'm gonna jump out of the bushes and have my way with them...
I just don't get it...why are straight women so put off by me?? I mean what did I do????????!?!?!?!?

I think they are just intimidated, or weary of the GLBTs, because they really don't know anything about being gay other than what they were taught. As to your question on how to convince them, I would say you dont need to convince anyone anything, If they judge you by the outside they will never like you for anything on the inside. These types of people usually dont make good friends anyway.

You may look like a butch type of lesbian because it seems they recognize you right away that you're a homosexual. What you'll do is just leave straight women alone, that's why they are called "straight" as they dont like gay women like us. Well, i know it's hard specially if you are in love with a straight woman. Just stay as you are, if they still think you'll rape them.. They're crazy people. I suspect it is not being raped that concerned her, but 1 of 2 possibilities. 1) She is so repulsed by the idea of a lesbian, that she just could not get far enough away. 2) She was afraid she would catch "it", thus becoming gay.

Like my mom she doesnt like homosexuals. And she doesnt even know that i am a gay(lesbian) lol.

I get that sometimes.....its kinda funny how some people act when they find out.....sometimes I like to mess with women who act as if I have something contagious....usually when a women finds out I'm gay ...they tell me I don't look gay or will start asking question bout being gay.....from guys I usually get ....you just haven't had the right guy yet.....
