It isn't right to look at the woman first when it comes to inferlity issues. The male needs to have a sperm count done.
If you do want children be sure and get an evaluation from an OBGYN or Fertility specialist. That is if you want a baby.
The man in your life shouild also be tested. I tried to get pregnant for 6 years/ I went through every test that they had. I even took fertility drugs. Still no baby. We switched doctors and the first thing he did was get a sperm sample and we were told that he had a very low sperm count and that what sperm he had was mostly dead sperm. The chances of him impregnent me was slim to none.
My husband had a situation where there was what is called a varicoceil (not sure of spelling) which is a large vein that is way too big in him and it makes the groin way too hot and kills off the sperm. He had a surgery to do a surgery to keep down the sperm count. After he recouperated I got a call from the doctor saying that the sperm count was still very low sperm count and to not expect. Well not long after that I was pregnant. I also have an adopted daughter.
If you really want a baby there are great fertility options you can look in to.

How regularly were you having sex? You know there are only a few days on each monthly cycle that you can get pregnant - when you ovulate. If you are just missing these days and having sex for example irregularly, then it is no wonder you have not got pregnant yet. However I used to work with someone who said the same thing - she never used protection with their partner and she thought probably she could never have children. Well when she decided she wanted kids, she conceived quite quickly - because she worked out the dates! Hope this helps.

I wouldnt worry just yet, your best would to be go the doctors and explain your situation to them. They will do a preogesterone test and take blood. This is what I had to do and this test proved that I did ovulate. The problem may be him and not you. The only thing is you get referred to the hospital for checks they wont necessarily check you out unless you have been activley trying for 12 months or more. Plus they wont do tests for you on your own, incase the problem is with the other person. It depends how worried you are about the problem but I would defintely speak to your doctor.
Good Luck, I hope everything is ok.

My husband and i were together 4yrs never used protection and i didnt get pregnant, but we used the pull out method. That didnt work too long as im pregnant now, but if during the 5 years hes been constantly ejaculating in you and you havent gotten pregnant maybe that is a cause for concern, or maybe its nothing and u guys coincidently have sex at the times your least fertile.

Most couples will conceive within a year of trying for a baby, and after that most GPs would start referring you for tests (in th UK). 5 years is a long time but doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem. And even if there is, it could be your bf and not you who couldn't have children.
Are you trying for a baby now? If not you would probably have to go private to get any tests done, but there are tests to see if you are ovulating normally, and then they can check if there are any problems with your tubes or uterus.

Take a visit to the dr. your dr the would run some test on you to find out what is really wrong with you, most ladies just have sex around the wrong time, and some just don't ovulate as they should, but it might just be just a small little problem that can be easily fix with the help of fertility drugs

You say WAS together so i think you have been very lucky not to get pregnant......It takes two to tango why should it be you that cant get pregnant it might be him.....Just be very careful when starting a new relationship that you USE contraception otherwise you may end up pregnant with no support......and that's not even thinking about STD's
