Could be a vitamin B problem or vitamin C, iron or even calcium! I have the cracked corners of my mouth and have tried all sorts of supplements from the doctor. I've found the best thing has been to increase the amount of fruit and veg I eat on a daily basis. Not that easy but it is possible! I would suggest you get a blood test done at the docs though as it could be a mal-absorption problem.

You need some B vitamins for your cracked corners of mouth, but try to incorporate B into your daily diet by eating wholemeal bread, oats or musli, try steaming leafy greens such as spinach. Boiling veges destroys the B vitamins, any surviving B vitamins go down the plughole when you drain the veges.
