I just can't seem to say it with enough feeling behind it. I can show my affection physically, but when it comes to verbally saying I love you it's just so hard.

it is hard to say because you risk the chance of them not feeling the same way you do. also, actions do speak louder than words.

You may want to start by simply saying, "Love ya!" to a friend while you are leaving to get on the bus, for example. It's just a token of affection, really. True love is shown. We say it in times of tenderness to our dearly beloved. And I think that's what's got you stumbling here. When you say that you have no trouble showing it physically (particularly with "enough feeling), are you referring to sex? If so, then you need to see a counselor. Those three little words should be reserved for those you truly DO love, not for a one night stand. I hope you're not crossing the lines here, if you catch my drift. Incidentally, if you don't love someone, there's no reason to lie and say that you do.

THE REASON T IS SO HARD FOR YOU IS BECAUSE OF JUST WHAT YOU JUST SAID YOU WANT TO SAY IT WITH FEELINGS, REALLY SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY BECAUSE YOUR ACTIONS WILL SAY IT ALL..... ONCE IN A WHILE TRY TO DO SOME PHYSICAL CONTACT LIKE TOUCHING THE ARMS, HANDS, OR GIVING A HUGS TO THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE. AND THEY WILL SURELY APPRECIATE IT. A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY THE WORDS " I LOVE YOU" WITHOUT ANY FEELINGS OR MEANING IT THAT IT IS THE MOST UNMEANT WORDS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.. SO DON'T FEEL BAD ABOUT NOT SAYING IT JUST SHOW IT AND THAT WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT.

I'm guessing that you are raised in a reserved and Eastern Asian environment where parents generally do not express muh of their love verbally (but they express more through their actions).

well dont b afraid to say ' I love you' to anybody you love because they might like you too and if u dont say it they might think that u dont like them so they will find another person and u will lose the love of ur life!
