It sounds like that you just moved or are new in Canada . All the symptoms that you are experiencing are all indicative of your body trying to adapt or acclimatizing to the new environment.

When I used to live in Canada; my nose would bleed; my throat hurt; and my hands would bleed from being so dry and cracked. All of these symptoms are all forms of allergies. Just try to dress warm around winter time. Suck on a sore throat lozenges. Take antihistamnics for your runny nose and also for sleep. Take some Mylanta or Tums for your heartburn. It's okay to cough. Just take some cough and allergy syrup. .

I think they should look at these symptoms as an emergency my friend. It sounds like Hiatus Hernia which is a common condition relating to the Osephagus this gives symptoms of heart burn and clear running nose, this is not in anyway a diagnosis but u should go to an emergency room and explain your circumstances.. Good Luck and dont worry.. You'll be fne.

Just google medical or symptoms. You will be able to put your symptoms in and then they should give you a diagnosis and advice.

Drink plenty of fluids- like Squash.
Stay wrapped up and try Vicks Vapour rub on your chest.

Feell better

Do not try to keep from coughing. You just have a cold. Get some over the counter meds to hold you over through this one until you are able to get to a doctor.

Sounds like allergy to me. You can get antihistimine tablets in pharmacies in our country. Don't know if you need a prescription where you are.

I've found this on hiatus hernia just in case, I'm not saying it is, and I'm not a doctor.
