this is the pc version.
I know its possible to change the image that the spotlight makes from CANDY SUXX to one of your own saved pictures in my pictures. But i dont know how. Any help would be great.

Go into c: program files, vice city, and look through all the files there, you might find the candy suxx picture. Open it up on paint and paste a picture of your own. This might not work and it could end up black or something though. You might have better luck using save as and save it under the same file name to replace the original one. And back up the original one of course.

Best advice I can give is go to the GTA website. There's usually forums there and a sections for mods. They should have what you're looking for.
