Live Each Day to the Fullest
Live each day to the fullest.
Get the most from each hour, each day,
and each age of your life.
Then you can look forward with confidence,
and back without regrets.

Be yourself... but be your best self.
Dare to be different and follow your own star.
Don't be afraid to be happy
...enjoy what is beautiful.
Love with all your heart and soul.
Believe that those you love, love you.

When you are faced with decision,
make that decision as wisely as possible,
then forget it.

The moment of absolute certainty never arrives.
And above all, remember that God helps those
who help themselves. Act as if everything depended on you
And pray as if everything depended on God.

Hope this will help you Elizabeth P take care good night xx

PS read the book called "The Power of Now" By Ekheart Tholl? Its a wonderful book It talks about how to focus on the present moment and not the past or the made up future.

Living is life so we must define life so it will work for us (you)

The basics: Born, breath, eat, procreate and die.

To live life to the fullest is to do these things as best as you can anything else is only if you want too

The saying I like the best was said by an Indian
It is a good day to die This means to me that some day are better than others we you do have bad ones and when we get a good one and we become full of it maybe it is a good day to die.

OK bottom line: take the good things form same of these sayings and chuck the rest. They are only said to make us think and it seems to me that it just might have worked

You got it all wrong or from the wrong end.If on some days, you feel lazy and want to watch movies while lolling in your bed,by all means but according to the saying about living in each moment/day or the the fullest means that do it full throttle and be immersed in it.No guilty feelings no bother about pending tasks and nothing.Just focus on movies ,lying on your bed and live it up.Hope from now onwards, you shall take your enjoyments seriously and live every moment of it and be totally immersed in it.It's all a matter of attitude ie if we have an attitude to put our best in our jobs then should also be able to do so in our other activities of relaxation and enjoyment. That's what gives us a fulfilled life.

It's utter rubbish. It's shows a completely and utter lack of understanding at the most basic level of human nature.

The reason why people look forward to Christmas, holidays, and so on is because they're a *change*. If Christmas was every day there'd be nothing to look forward to.

Relish the times when you're feeling down - they're the times that make the good times seem so much better.

im not living my life to the fullest and its excruciating. But what my reasoning led me to is to feel well physically, then relax your mind/see positive/add humour. Feel what your role in this moment is, or what led you here. After all a person's meaning of life is to have a meaning of life, whatever it is. there is more of a life-long connotation to this, but Life is made up of those moments. basically feel well physically and emotionally, see the world in the perspective which suits you most and be who you want to be in all aspects

Living in the moment is actually a technique taught to minimise anxiety and stress. It involves being consciously aware of what you are doing at each moment as in observing that your mind is on task - bringing your thought back to what you are doing gently rather than drifting off onto some past event or future event. It helps to keep calm in your day. (don't know how well I explained that) (To not live in the moment is to carry around past baggage or upset yourself with worry about what might happen or having brain faze - just drifting off. etc)

Live each day to the fullest refers to being positively engaged - doing something active instead of lolly-gagging about feeling bored, lonely, angry, negative, destructive etc hopes this helps

JUST KEEP IT COOL, AND DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND WHAT YOU THINK IS THE RIGHT THING FOR YOU AND AS LONG AS YOU DON'T BOTHER ANYONE ELSE AND RESPECT EVERYBODY ELSE'S LIFE THEN GO ON LIVING AND DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE AND SMILE AND BE HAPPY WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT. AND YOU DO IT ANYTIME YOU FEEL LIKE IT.
