The water purifier we are using at our home is producing gallons of waste water.

RO is rather benign, and its products could likely be used to water plants. Brine water softeners are another matter. Even so, that water could be used to flush toilets.

I'm not sure exactly but I know that there are some plants that are very salt tolerant. You could possibly use that water to water those, possibly even make a nice garden with it. I recently planted a whole lot of plants and at the nursery they had some that are specifically recommended to deal with waste water.
