Take them out, and soak them in cillit bang for a few hours.
Polish off with Mr Sheen, then pop them back in.

First, make sure your eyebrows are neat, tweeze out any stray hairs, lightly define with an eyebrow pencil and comb through with an eyebrow brush, this is very important as the eyebrows are a frame to your eyes.

Next sweep a cream shimmery eyeshadow all over your eyelid and up to your brow; the effect should be subtle not painted on. Next take some brown eyshadow and apply this from the middle of your eyelid to the outer corner, blend with a brush or your finger. Line your eyes top and bottom with brown eyeliner, next use eyelash curlers (these will open up the eye and make your lashes look super long and sexy) finish with a couple of coats of mascara (brown or black)....and voila!

About 5 months ago I wanted my eyes to just POP and make everyone notice them...I have blue eyes too. I was just using mascara, yes it looked good, but there was something still missing. My friend told me to use eye liner. Man, that made every difference in the world. I only apply them on the bottom. Dont do it so dark or you will look like someone punched you. But everyone started to notice how pretty my eyes where once I use that! I hope this helps and good luck!!

Okay this always works for me..i have blue eyes too and it looks good. The smoky look. After all the foundation and powder has been applied you apply a thin line of eyeliner to you bottom lids. On your top lids use a silver eye cream(one that you smooth on with your fingers, not one you apply with a brush) Then on top of that use maybelline black sparkly eyeshadow, but apply firstly closest to your eye lashes, then the trick is to blend. The reason the silver cream is applied first is to allow the actual shadow to stick to it and give a more intense thicker colour. On your bottom lid...stay away with dark eye shadow on the bottom lid unless you want the goth look.!!! Mascara is the essential finale to the look...two coats of rimmel black mascara on the top and one coat on the bottom should suffice.I know your supposed to use eyelash curlers first but in my experience it doesnt help! Use after the mascara has been applied just be really careful that you dont pull your eyelashes out as it will probably be a bit sticky,do it before the mascara drys on you lashes also!! Have a great night and knock em dead!

Take some lessons from the vogue site or just check out body shop tips.

You need to apply dark kohl underneath and think mascara and eye liner above to look very sexy and mysterious but go easy on the lips in fact just go without lipstick only gloss is fine.

Make sure you curl your eye lashes as that really helps loads. Mascara and put two coats on to give them that dramatic look. I use greens and greys for my blue eyes as they make them stand out more. I also use eye liner on my top lids and some times lower. Smokey effect will do it the best tho

A bit of silver or gold shimmering or shining eyeshadow looks great for going out in the evening. Also, blkue eyes look amazing with either dark blue (think denim coloured) eyeshadow or turquoise eyeliner.

Buy that make-up set that is supposed to bring out blue eyes. It has shadow, mascara, and liner in it. (Not sure what it's called) Or if you don't want to buy that buy the individual ones either shadow, mascara, or liner. Mascara always helps. I'm not sure try a gray shadow or a purple shadow. I put gray shadow on my neighbor's and it looked good. My mom uses a purple shadow and she has blue eyes. Hope that helps. Best Wishes. :-)

Make sure u don't have cold drink/cry 6 hours before going out, that makes ur eyes bulging..
Then pick a dark brown eye pencil, draw a thin line as close as possible to your upper eyelid, use a blender to smoothen it and make it natural...and don't forget to use semi-shine eye gloss on upper eyelid..it add contours and depth of eye bones! last but not least, surely lengthening and volumizing mascara~~
