Hello Roy,

It may be difficult unless you know approximately where and when your friend was buried.

If you know this, either the local council in that area should be able to tell you the plot number and show you a map of the cemetray so you can find it.

This may only apply if your friend was interred in public cemetary.

If he/she was buried in a Churchyard, you will need to find out which one. Once you know this, the Church where your friend was buried will know.

how old is old?
often times if you can find the announcement in the paper(check archives at the library), you can find out what graveyard they were buried in.
It should be easy from there.
The caretaker should have some records.

hello yes have you tried the area which the person died in check the library cause usually they have folders of all the people who died in that region cause thats what my father did when he was trying to find someone.
