The first thing you need to understand is-
1. (-) and (-) = (+)
2. (-) and (+) = (-)
3. (+) and (+) = (+)
So, you have (-28) +(+28)
(-28) + 28 , since (+) and (+) = (+)
so, -28 + 28 = 0
the answer is 0.
