They've been planning it for years. They will lie about this, just like they lied about Iraq.

I think that Bush is itching to get in there but I do not think it will wash with the American public especially if it required even a limited draft. Also the U.S. military know this would be an altogether different ball game to waltzing in to Iraq.If they start on them then the gloves are off.

Cowboy:I get the impression you relish the thought of a war with Iran.Does the death of thousands not dampen your enthusiasm?

If anyone even has to consider a thought about us going into Iran right now without a draft, your wrong. How many men have we conditioned in Iraq? how many men are sitting here at home that have been trained in Iraq and are still in the National Guard or Reserves?

Do I have to give you figures or, would you believe that there's probably two to four million men that could be brought to bear for a all our invasion of Iran. This would be after an all out pounding that the would has never seen from probably the Israeli and, the U.S. Air Force. The Israeli's have been chomping at the bit for years to get at Iran. We would need them here, everyone else is tired.

In the 60 days that Bush would have, I'm sure Iran would be down on her knees begging for forgiveness. Our men have been going at it for three years now, they are battle trained and desert trained to fight and, the Irani soldiers look good on the parade ground, just like the Iraqi soldiers did but, you saw what happen there.

We are past the first resort. Sanctions against Iran are already in effect.

The US military has plans in place to respond to many potential scenarios. That's what they get paid to do. I'm sure there is a plan in the filing cabinet to invade North Korea, Russia, China, and even Canada.

There is nothing wrong with planning. It doesn't mean you intend to use them.
