will any of da pokemon games that were on the old consoles like n64 come out on da virtual console?

Pokemon Pinball (N64 edition) has recently been announced to be on the virtual console.

Maybe the puzzle game or pokemon snap will come out but the ones that connected to the gameboy versions I think are unlikely to be released on the VC.

Yes, first you have to go to the wii online channel. Then you buy it from there with your wii points card (if you don't have one, check at Target/Walmart/Electronic Game Store). YOu can either use a Gamecube OR Claasic Controller to play with it.
To use the gamecube controller, keep the controller on one of the side ports. To use the classic controller, hook it onto the wii mote and PLAY!!

Yes. you can download them at Wii Shop Channel. It would be the same graphics and you might need Classic controllers.
