ok
whenever i wipe, or have no clothes on i can smell this odor, kinda like sour milk. it is so strong, but when i am wearing clothes i cant smell anything. is it just me? no one has ever told me or anything
i'm scared if my boyfriend fingers me, it may "stink" his hand or whatever.
how do i get rid of this odor.
it has been smelling like this ever since i stayed the night at a friends house and spilt cereal all over me and i had to sleep in it cause i didnt have any extra clothes. and that was like 6 months ago. i have taken a shower almost every day since then but i still smell like sour milk.

A yeast infection would include some sort of physical discomfort in the area.... and since you have not stated anything like that I don't think that is it.
It kind of depends on your age, how long you have been having or if you have had your period and how sexually active you are.
I would try washing with a warm wash cloth and a mild soap in the morning (in the shower is fine) and before bed. It also might help to get a small travel container of baby wipes so you can use them during the day if you notice the odor.
Some women are a little more "smelly" than others. If you really thing it is a problem, see a doctor.
Whatever you do stay away from the odor sprays made for this, they have been shown to increase certain types of cancer as well as TSS.

You should go to the doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Small problems can lead to BIG ones if not dealt with. For minor yeast infections I have luck with Gynelotrimin - the 7 day treatment. I do not think the one day or three day products are totally effective. As far as removing an odd skin odor that isn't vaginal? Try rinsing with white vinegar. It can neutralize many odors.

I'm not so sure it's a yeast infection, I've had a few and they never smelled bad just really itchy and discharge,,,,Is there any chance possible you could have a tampon up there? my sister once had one up there for 3 months without a clue, you could even have "PID" pelvic inflammatory disease,,, it could be so many things,,,get in right away to the doctor please,,,,good luck but take this serious

It could be a yeast infection. A bad odour is one of the symtoms. If you've showered then it's not a surface problem...it has something to do what's going on inside your body.

It sounds like an infection is going on but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

perhaps you need to learn to douche.....or, change soaps....or get checked for a vaginal or bladder infection...or get a new deoderant or mouthwash, or clean your total ear and bellybutton with alcohol (yes the earlobes and bellybutton can smell if you don't clean them)
