Let antilog 3 = x
=> log (antilog 3) = log x
=> 3 = log x
=> x = 10^3 ( assuming log is to the base 10)
=> x = 1000

If you want to use calculator as suggested by Laura B, click on 3, then inv, then log to get 1000. She has perhaps misunderstood and tried to find log instead of antilog.
