Both are 3rd generation superstars, both have been world champs before.....
I gotta give the edge to RKO on this one.
But The Rock still has tons more charisma than Orton.
The "put their dad's in their corner" answer is so chiche. I'd make it interesting and put Coach in Rocky's corner and Cena in Ortons.

did anyone of u know that the rock had a confrontation with randy Orton and the people's champ kicked Randy's roody poo candy A** (sorry folks) after that rock was thrown out of the building by that "sick freak" Eric ***** as rock was not a wwe wrestler anymore. He just came because of the millions and the millions of the rock fans in Miami(his hometown)

i would hav to say rko coz hes faster compared to the rock.when rocky does the people's elbow,randy will rise up and hits him wit the rko and win it.i would put mick foley on rocky's corner coz well to relieve the rock n sock connection.i would put cowboy bob orton on randy's corner coz well they r father and son
