Toothpaste is not a good lube as it is very acidic and can cause some skin burning and maybe lead to scaring. Quit using it! Use vaseline if you need lube, but don't put that up your butt. Get some KY for that. You are a big guy, go buy some anywhere. Not "gay" to enjoy having sex with yourself, about a billion other guys do it too. Anal penetration is not a "gay" thing, it stimulates your prostate gland which is usually an enjoyable feeling. Just don't do anything to tear tissue up front or in rear.
