I think election day should be the day after income tax filing deadline day. April 16th. Or maybe we should move income tax day to Halloween? One or the other.

Well, since Clinton will win if Giuliani is running, and if the voting is electronic, maybe the democrats can win in time to get psychotropic medication and birthcontrol in all the kids candy!

Never! Too many children traipsing through the streets... it would deter people from getting out and voting, since they would have to (a.) give up being home to hand out treats to little ghosts and goblins and (b.) have to navigate their cars around little ghosts and goblins who may or may not have flashlights, and who may or may not be watching for cars.

I don't think it would be good for kids since the parents would be so wrapped up with voting and finding out the results. Then who's going to take the kids to trick-or-treating?

That's funny; but that would be terrible for the children. Parents would be glued to cable news getting updates on the results and wouldn't want to take their kids trick-o-treating.
