Paypal and refund related -> Ebay?

Do the money go directly onto my debit card if it does not show in the PayPal balance, but it says that it has been successfully refunded?

it goes to the bank and the bank then makes it available on the debit card but that should be electronically done and so should be in the bank.

If thats how you paid, then yes I think so.
